Another glorious evening on the lake. Smooth as glass.
Here's a side of the cottage that you hardly ever see, unless of course you actually come for a visit. It's the main entrance to the cottage from the street. To the right of the cars (not shown) is the garage. This is the area where the barbecue and picnic area is as well as the bonsai garden. There's been quite a change here since this photo was taken. I've trimmed the shrubs and cut some trees.
This is the side you are more familiar with, the backyard. Marilyn calls it the "front" because it faces the lake. She may be right, but the way this ole Florida boy sees it is that there's a Florida room on this side and sliding glass doors. Now who in their right mind puts the Florida room and sliding glass doors on the front of the house? Besides, you drive in on the other side!
This is a picture of our place from the lake. One of the nicer cottages I must say! It's not as close of a picture as I would have hoped for but I'll try to fix that up sometime this summer and repost this particular picture.
