Recent News (23rd Nov. 2001)(old stuff at the bottom) I have finished midterms, and got fairly good grades. I just have a few more assignments to do before revision time (one more week).
This is a picture I took a while ago of Lake Ontario, which I have just scanned in today. I have several more rolls of film to develop, and hundreds of pictures to scan. Still, it's a start.

This picture I took right at the start of the year, during the international students' orientation, on the evening trip to Wolf Island.
This black and white picture of maple leaves is one I took last Sunday. I also took the one of the docks and town hall on Sunday.
That's about all for the moment...

Old stuff This is my page which will be continually updated with information whilst I'm at Queens.

I have now been in Canada for 2 months, and I have done quite a lot in that time.

I have finished midterms, but have a report due in on Tuesday which will keep me busy for the weekend.

The above pictures are of some of my friends here in Canada (although none of those in the pictures are actually Canadian!)
I have several more photos, but need to have lots of them scanned.
Since arriving here in August, I have spent many of my weekends standing at roadsides looking at roadcuts.
Whilst there are many interesting roadcuts around Kingston, I hope to be able to see beyond the ditch at some stage of my visit here.
I have also begun learning to ice skate, and I believe there are scandalous pictures of me circulating at the moment....
I like watching ice hockey, and I support the Vancouver Canucks because a Russian friend told me to.
It is now beginning to get cold here, and I have to go shopping for a coat, gloves, hat, boots etc soon, although I'll probably have to leave that until next weekend.
In the last few weeks (since I last added to this page) I've mostly been doing work, and hanging about at the grad club. In the meantime, feel free to visit Edinburgh University Photosoc to where I will be returning next October. Obviously the UNCR homepage is well worth a visit.
