Buffy moaned, letting Spike get the best of her. He licked her pulsating body, with desire.
Buffy's 'special outfit' had lasted only a few seconds, before it joined Spike's jeans on the floor. His shirt was somewhere around here, not that it seemed to matter as of now.
"Oh I love when you come to visit." Buffy sighed in between, engulfing her tongue in his mouth. Spike groaned, feeling her hand slip in between his thighs. She began playing with it, only to be interrupted by a loud knock on the door.
Buffy tried to ignore it, only to be interrupted once more. She licked Spike's ear, smiling at him. She walked over to the door, opening it.
Angel looked up, trying not to be intrusive. "I need to talk to you."
"Well, can't it wait? I am a little busy, remember Billy?" Buffy smiled sarcastically.
"Billy?" Spike asked cluelessly from the bed.
"Nothing." Buffy answered back.
Buffy made sure to keep the door closed, just enough not to be exposed.
"It'll only take a minute." Angel walked away.
Buffy rolled her eyes. "I'll be right back." Buffy grabbed her robe, slipping it on, and slipping out the door.
She walked down to Angel's study, where the light was shining through the door crack.
"What is it? You know I actually plan on having a life, besides coming at your every beck and call." Buffy's voice seemed to angrily filled the atmosphere.
"Look, I just need your attention for a minute, if your lover boy over there can stand to wait." Angel's voice was thick with sarcasm, which surprised Buffy.
She sat down on the stuffy chair, opposite from his desk. "What is it?"
"Lilah-My ex wife is coming tomorrow night. I have arranged for her to stay here. But there is something else, I am going to need your help with..." Angel's face grew with emotion, embarrassment?
"What?"
"In order for me to keep the company, I must prove to be a successful and important man. Which is something Lilah will try to disapprove. The point is, right now I am not really any of those things. But when she's around, I need to be. We are fighting for the company, through the divorce courts, its a big mess. I haven't told Cordy or Xander, I don't want to worry them. The point is I need you to help me prove that I deserve this."
"How?"
"I need you to be my girlfriend, my very serious girlfriend, for one night." Angel spat out the inevitable, afraid to look up he did so bravely.
Buffy laughed, "What? Me? I don't think so." Buffy got up to walk out.
"Please? I need this."
"You know the prospect of me, pretending to even remotely find you attractive was out the window, the moment I saw you... right?" Buffy's eyes rang of truth.
Angel only nodded. "Yes."
"Well good, I'll do it." Buffy walked out the door.
Angel slightly smiled, only to frown at the diss he had just gotten. "Ouch."
::
"What was that about love?"
"Nothing. Now... where was I?...." Buffy cocked her head, taking in her naked lover.
"Oh yes."
::
Buffy looked up at her lover, as he slept silently. He had been stirring all night. She smiled, as the sunlight made its way over their bodies. She began to kiss his neck, trailing down past his stomach. The man began to stir, groaning in his sleep.
"Dru." Spike moaned.
Buffy's head whipped up, searching her lovers face. Lust. Dru? Who is that?
Buffy's head suddenly hurt, her body ached, her stomach lost its gravity. She quickly ran to the bathroom.
Buffy looked at her face in the cold mirror.
"Hey love. I think I'm going to head out." Spike called into the bathroom, his face full of light.
"Maybe I'll stop by-"
"No. Please don't." Buffy glared shortly at him, before slamming the door in his face. She could hear him talking to her through the door.
She splashed cold water over her face, trying to drowned out the dirty feeling she had.
"Love? What is this about?" Spike tried for the fifth time to get through to her.
Buffy's anger had risen, she ripped the door open.
"What is this about? Its about you and Dru! Who is she Spike? Who?" Buffy's voice rang through the empty halls.
"How did you-Look love she's nobody..."
"Nobody? Oh nobody! Well, Ms. Nobody seems to be somebody." Buffy stopped reforming her sentence in her head, that made sense.
"Look. Just leave." Buffy pointed toward the door, grateful he obeyed.
"I'm sorry-"
"Just go." Buffy knew she shouldn't look into those eyes.
"Goodbye love." Spike left.
Buffy let a tear surface, before realizing her audience. She rolled her eyes, running to her room.
"Can't anyone have a private life in this house?" She screamed before slamming the door.
::
"Just let me in. I promise I am really good with these things." Buffy's tear stained face, smiled at Cordelia's efforts.
She finally opened the door, to find Cordelia with a bowl full of cookie dough and a movie snaked under her arm.
"Great." Buffy smiled sadly.
