Peaceful & timid - these guys like to stay in the protective wings of the plants most
of the time. When they do come out, they tend to stick with the Black Skirt Tetras.
They have brilliant red eyes when accustomed to their environment.

Good for beginners. Young fish have a solid black colouring that will fade as
they mature & if they are frightened. These fish are very entertaining,
especially in groups.
