Fave Music: This is a particularly cruel category for a DJ to try and fill in, but as music is such an important part of my life, I have to try and narrow my interest to 'faves'! If I had to pick one band as my favourite, it would have to be 'They Might Be Giants'. Other honourable mentions include 80's sensations such as Nik Kershaw, Gary Numan, Howard Jones and Duran Duran. More recent additions, in alphabetical order,  include: Aqua, B*Witched, Cuban Boys, Daft Punk, Enya, Foo Fighters, Goo Goo Dolls, Happyland, Interactive, John Scatman, K's Choice, Les Rythmes Digitales, Mono Puff :), Narcotic, Offspring, Primus, Queen, Regurgitator, Space, Tragically Hip, Underwood, Katie (Der!); Veracocha, Williamson (John), X-Club, Yankovic (Weird Al), and ZZ Top! :)

Fave Films/Actors: Almost as difficult! If I must choose then I would say 'The Dark Crystal'. I love all of Henson's work, so 'Labyrinth' is right up there too, along with all the Muppet Movies! Some other quirky films that I'm slotting in here are 'The Wizard of Speed and Time', 'Monty Python's Holy Grail', and 'Mystery Science Theatre 3000: The Movie'. '12 Monkeys' has to be mentioned: a particularly well-crafted time-travel flick... I have a penchant for sci-fi/fantasy... and a particular interest in time-travel flicks, such as 'Back to the Future', 'Planet of the Apes', and 'Timescape'... which brings us to Ariana Richards ;)

I fell in love with Ariana when I saw 'Jurassic Park'. My peers gave me great grief about how much younger than me she was... but I would not listen. As it has turned out, my wife is actually a month younger than Ariana ;) I have a mini-Ariana collection including such cinematic masterpieces as 'Tremors', 'Spaced Invaders' and 'Angus'.

My favourite actor is Jim Carrey... and what could I possibly say about Jim that hasn't been said before? (He's got 11 toes? That's never been said before!)

'The Last Starfighter' (the theme to which you hear as you read this page) was a favourite from my childhood, and that brings me to...

Fave TV Shows: I have to divide this into Childhood and Recent/Present, so...

Childhood: Mork & Mindy, The Muppet Show, Fraggle Rock, Hammy Hamster, Jamie & The Magic Torch, Danger Mouse, The Goodies, The Hitch Hiker's Guide to The Galaxy, Roger Ramjet, Transformers, Terrahawks, Max Headroom, Chorlton and The Wheelies, Parker Lewis: Can't Lose, and Monkey!

Recent/Present: 3rd Rock From The Sun, Farscape, Black Adder, Futurama, Drew Carey, Due South, Forever Knight, Early Edition, Star Trek: Deep Space 9, Babylon 5, Sliders, The Panel, and The Miccalef Program (Oh, what I wouldn't give for all of the 'Roger Explosion' episodes!!)
