In this age of multimedia with the invention and progress of technology it seems as though our planet has shrunk to a small world.  So, we are truly  our brothers keeper and our neighbour is not always as close as we think!

In the UK there is:  PlanetTalk and their phone number is 0800 0369900 and they allow you to use your cell/mobile phones on their accounts.
