Breathing

I get lost in your eyes
After I start losing my mind
I inhale and wait for the next exhalation
to come
But when I look into your eyes
I start gasping for breath
And in the mean time my cheeks turn
red

I stare at the floor
Like I’ve nothing to say
The words have escaped my mind
And I get lost in my own world
When I come to
The first thing I think of is you.
