After the Power Ranger saga comes to a close, Angel Grove is reduced to a barren wasteland. An event at a club leaves a ranger dead and Skull forced to find the identity of the culprit.
The investigation is underway to find out the true gunman through good old fashioned police work, only to find an unlikely primary suspect.
