What is a non-disgusting couple?
Are couples not allowed to display affection for each other?

Of course not. Couples may hold hands, hug, and kiss without their behavior becoming disgusting.

Disgusting refers, not to ordinary couples, but to those who have no consideration of those around them. Even people in relationships find this behavior disgusting.

You may have seen those couples who seem to be grafted to each other, who ignore everyone else's existence, who "suck face" constantly, who may even exibit behavior that children shouldn't see...

That's what's disgusting.
