FBI Headquarters:
The third floor of the UC

The UC only has two visible floors, but if you look at the fire escapes, or actually enter them, you will see that there are three floors.

This has led to rumors that the government has a secret post there and that they are performing experiments on the students and watching from their command post.

Also called CIA Headquarters, Spy Headquarters.
