Spec Ops
Spec Ops is that section of players so good that working as part of a traditional squad would hold them back. Colonel Ghost (Matt Carey, Ret.) was the founder of Spec Ops. The Spec Ops group should be able to carry out objectives regardless of odds, up to and including being able to take on the rest of the group. They are responsible for their own training, and their own doctrine. They are given only the broadest instructions, if they are functioning as part of the group. When playing on their own, they are given only the requirements to win.
The first Spec Ops member in the new group will be chosen by the Triumvirate, after that, admission to Spec Ops will be completely at the discretion of the Spec Ops Commander. They will have their own rank system if they so desire (Naval is recommended, although if they want to keep the Army system to avoid confusion they can, or they can create a new system). Or, if they do not wish any rank system, only the Spec Ops Commander and Squad Leaders will be required to have a rank. If possible, the Spec Ops Commander should be a member of the Triumvirate. They will have their own chain of command, reporting directly to the Triumvirate out of missions and the Field Commander in Missions.
