Magic Shape Tree (p.52)
Objective:
1. Listening of shapes
2. Train-up reaction
Target group: 7-9 years old
Number of students: max 30
Materials: Magnets of different shapes, Basket, Leaf hat
Steps:
1. Draw a tree on the board and put the magnets on the tree.
2. Tell the student that it is a magic tree with fruits in different shape. Students are the fruit pickers who follow the instructions of teacher and pick the fruit.
3. Divide the whole class into two groups, then give the a basket and a leaf hat to the representative of each group. Student needs to pick all the fruits in the shape spoke by teacher as fast as possible.
4. Repeat the steps until all the student have been a fruit picker.
