University Lasoberana 

Resolution of Constitution September 4, 1997 
Centre of Fundamental Research 






Acting in all its manifestations, according to its statutes, under the name "University Lasoberana ", its activities being basic research, applied research and education on a innovating scientific and technological level, fromout the field of the intuitive intelligence, in co-operation with other universities, which operate in the field of the analytical intelligence,  creating transparencies of technological and other innovations in continuous relation with small and medium industries: 

1. divulgation and transfer of the research towards these industries 
2. exchange of researchers 
3. students 
4. masterclasses (postgraduate) in the field of the Intuitive Intelligence

The University can co-operate with other foreign associations and has agreed that it will serve, as a juridical person, the interests, without any restrictions, of the immunities. It will make convenients of financial, economical, cultural, social, artistic and industrial nature, all within the statutes of this association. 


Statutes:

1. The University is called "University Lasoberana " 

2. The University  is not a private institute, it is part of the organ of the Monarchy, established in the State Graciosa. 

3. The University is engaged in basic research, applied research and education on an innovating scientific and technological level, from out the field of the Intuitive Intelligence, in co-operation with other universities which operate in the field of the analytical intelligence,  creating transparencies of technical and other innovations in continuous relation  with small and medium industries. 

    - divulgation and transfer of the research towards these industries

    - students 
    - masterclasses (postgraduates) in the field of the intuitive 
      intelligence 
The University can co-operate with other foreign associations and will serve, as a juridical person and without any restrictions, the interests of the immunities. It will make convenients of financial, economical, cultural, social, artistic, and industrial nature, all within its statutes. 

4. The University is authorized: 
- to take part in a co-operation with foreign associations and companies, whatever be their nature. 
- to make agreements with international organizations, so that the patrimony of the state Graciosa be legally assumed by it as its property. 
- to guarantee the immunity of the jurisdiction of the state and its goods in relation to the jurisdiction of other lands. 
- to make financial and industrial agreements within its statutes.

5. Privileges and immunities: 
- Exhibitions. 
- Cultural or industrial manifestations. 
- Diplomatic missions. 
- Specific missions for international organizations and conferences. 
- The goods which are part of the cultural patrimony of the state, the University and its Museum . 

6.  The University is authorized: 
- to negotiate with foreign juridical persons (international law) about intellectual and commercial property. Copyright is applied whenever the University takes part in associations with private persons. 
- To make agreements of financial, economic, cultural, social, philosophical and industrial nature (e.g. joint ventures). 

7. The University can possess or create a patrimony. Patents, resulting from its basic and applied research, can also be conceded to private persons. 

8.  The University can make convenients of co-operation, without any restriction, of financial, economic, cultural, social, philosophical and industrial nature. 

9.  The University is an open university which assumes innovations from students and inhabitants in order to stimulate creativity, inventitvity and a spirit of research and undertaking and to keep the Know-how, personally committed, within the University. 

10.  All mandataries are representatives of the State whenever they act in function. 

11.  The University does not wish to stimulate any developments in favour of egoistic powers (exploitation and corruption). It is, on the contrary, much more appealed by ethical-human values. 

12.  The University thus wishes: 
- to contribute to the boycott of all forms of unhuman exploitation. 
- to enter the lists against illnesses on any level and against all causes of social and moral dissoluteness. 
- that a worthy existence be guaranteed for all people. 
- to co-operate worldwide on a basis of peaceful co-existence. 
- to contribute to the respect of the family and its elevation in all aspects. 

13.  The University will be engaged in the exploitation of rights resulting from conveniences with respect to the exploitation of "know-how", grown within or outside the University, and the co-operation with small and medium companies. 
These companies will be in charge of: 
- the infrastructure of their company in situ. 
- the production process, commercialization, market research, publicity, etc.
- investments in the development of basic research.
- building and testing of the prototypes in co-operation with specialized companies, also juridical and administration costs.

14.  The University will be financially responsible for the fundamental research and education. The "know-how" is, and will be kept personally committed and cannot be put "at disposal". It is kept under the University roof.
