Below are some floorplans that show what used to be, what is, and what will be. Please note that none of these drawings is 100% accurate, nor are they to scale.
The first one roughly shows the original station floorplan.
Then came the conversion to a house. The conversion stripped a couple of original walls, and made the large waiting room into a series of smaller rooms
This one shows where we are right now. Phase 1 involved removing the laundry room, expanding the bathroom and removing the drop ceilings that were put in 40 years ago.
And finally, the master plan. This is where I want to go with the building. We'll see if I ever actually get there! If you compare this one to the original, you will see that I've replaced some original walls, and restored most of the open waiting room area.
