Service Times and Details

SHABBAT SERVICES
Beginning in September of 2003, Shabbat services will begin according to the following schedule: On the 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month, services will begin at 6:30 PM, to be followed by a pot luck family dinner. These services are excellent opportunities for families with children in particular, for whom later services are inconvenient. On the 2nd and 4th Fridays (and 5th if it occurs), services will begin at 8:15 PM.

Saturday morning services are held at 10:30AM, and generally include a discussion of the Parashat Hashavuah, the weekly Torah portion. Beginning in October of 2003, these morning services will be preceeded with a sophisticated study of Jewish liturgy for adults, from 9:00-10:20 AM. Breakfast is provided.
