First Step
Consistently repeat a small, basic
retail activity as taught by the Company. Pro-Ma have
developed basic activities which focus on a small number of
selected products until competence is developed. You are
able to "earn as you learn" as soon as you
start. Stay focused on these products. Some people
will want to stay at Step One to supplement their income or
simply access these fabulous products for their family at a
discount. They are valued members of the total team.
Second Step
Share the income opportunity with
others and help them to do the same. Build a team of you
and four others into "a partnership like no other"
where all of you are "in business for yourself"... but
not by yourself.
Keep everyone focused on the
selected activity and product selection until they are ready to
move to the third step.
You now have structured a
duplicable Model into a successful Business Plan.
Third Step
You and all your team members
duplicate the Business Model. Duplication is the powerhouse of
industry and you now have, in three easy steps, a Model which
everyone can understand and duplicate.
