19日至20日有一次冷空气影响我市，到时又将有一次雨雪天气过程。而在15日至16日，我市仅有不多云彩，天气将会有些阴沉。这周前期没有冷空气影响，气温处于缓慢回升阶段。即使19日至20日的冷空气影响武汉，其强度不会超过9日至12日的那次冷空气。

在这一周里，出现了一次强冷空气活动，但冷空气先后分两次南下影响。9日第一次冷空气来临前就下了雨，随即冷空气赶到，10日就使日平均气温下降了5．1℃；第二次冷空气11日到达，空中飘起了雪花。12日的日平均气温又下降了5．8℃，三天共降温10．9℃，并在这样的降温过程中迎来了空气新鲜、风和日丽的晴天。

自11月8日武汉进入冬季以来，11日江城出现短时间的雨夹雪，成为冬天到来的一个标志。刚好过了一个月，12月11日下午到12日，江城上空又飘起了雪花，要不是地面气温还在0℃以上，地面就要积上一层白白的雪被了。多年来的暖冬，下雪已成稀少之事。这次冷空气活动基本影响了我国北部和东部的所有地区，降温幅度也比较大，从武汉市的日平均气温变化中，可看到冷空气是分两股南下影响的。第一股冷空气是9日到10日，日平均气温从12．8℃下降到7．7℃；第二股冷空气是11日下午影响武汉的，日平均气温从11日的6．5℃，下降到12日的1．9℃。入冬以来第二场雨雪也就在此时段发生，三天总降温达10℃以上。
