This is Ebony. It was taken in Christmas of '93. Her first holiday season in our home. She was a Black Lab mix and I got her at around 7 weeks of age. She had all the features of a lab but was on the thin side and weighed around 50 lbs as an adult. She remained a bit hyper right till the end, but was an excellent family dog. She was 2 when I had my first child and I was a little worried how my "baby" would react to my baby. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Kids will be kids and they unknowingly tortured her but she never even said boo! :o)
