There is a power within us that encourages us to do what we need to do... to keep on
keeping on regardless of seeming limitations... to move on to greater experiences, so that we do not become stagnated in our present circumstances.
Even when we are living a good life, in peace, abundance and joy, this power
invites us to keep discovering the wonderful plan that God has for us, which is beyond our imagination.
This is the power of ZEAL (Enthusiasm)which acts as a fire that keeps the light
of our hearts burning at all times. Jesus said You are the Light of the World . The
Christ within says: You are the Light of the World . We are the light of the World
when we let the ideas of Divine Mind flow in our minds and do something about it.
Many of us are inspired to develop new techniques that would benefit our universe, many of us receive creative
ideas that can improve, beautify and make our world a better place. What do we do
with these ideas? Sometimes we push them aside and do nothing to bring them into
manifestation because we find many excuses to limit the rich, abundant flow of good
that is seeking expression in and through us.
Enthusiasm plays a most important role in inviting us to believe in the Power that
is working in us and to let Spirit's Will be done in our lives. When we are following the inner guidance, enthusiasm
can be experienced as the joy in our hearts. When we are doing everything necessary to fulfill the desires of our
hearts, but everything seems not to be working in the right way, enthusiasm is
the power that encourages us to persist. When we are not following our dreams,
enthusiasm is felt as a Divine Discontent that reminds us that our present
circumstances can be improved. Enthusiasm
springs from within, IT is the YES!!! of our souls to the infinite of life.
There is a well known affirmation that says: I AM Alive, Alert, Awake and
Enthusiastic about life and about living!Yes! We are alive at this point in
eternity, in fact we are always alive in Spirit, we are alert when we see
everything as an opportunity to express the image and likeness of God. We are
awake when we use our potential to use those opportunities to grow and experience the greater good that Divine Mind has for
us. The Inner Self is always enthusiastic about life because IT knows the Truth. The growing self is not always enthusiastic because it relies on the report of the
senses. The growing self has to learn to draw enthusiasm from the everlasting fountain of zeal within.
Enthusiasm keeps the energy of our bodies high, so we express vitality, youth and
beauty. Happiness is found within when we use the power of Zeal. As with the other
powers, enthusiasm has to be balanced with wisdom. It is faith that lets us keep our
enthusiasm when things are not going the way we think they should go. Enthusiasm is
contagious. With love and zeal we can encourage others to overcome any difficulty and be strong at all times.
The Joy of the Lord is our strength! Keep letting your Christ Light shine with
enthusiasm for life is beautiful and today is the day to live abundantly!
