How can I improve my sound if I am "Breaking UP"

How do I "Ping"

You can do this while still in the room !!!

Click on "setup" on the main PalTalk window

Click on "Test Connection" then

Click on "Start Network Test"

After a few seconds something similar

to the following will appear

As long as you see the "Quality Good"

your sound should be ok.

If you do not see "Quality Good" or if your

are not happy with your sound, click

"Start Network Test"

4 or 5 more times waiting for the response each time

Hopefully your connection will clear.

When you are finished click 'OK"
