Neo McHenry became the first champion with a win over three others to start a good reign as champion.

November 2: UWF Elevation: Neo McHenry(c) vs. ReVelation

ReVelation defeated henry via interference from an ally, ending Neo's strong reign.

December 7, 2001: UWF Elevation: Steel Cage Matchup: ReVelation(champ) vs. "The Dark Flame" Scott Fire

Scott Fire is aided by enemies of ReVelation and he escapes the cage first, claiming the gold.

December 14, 2001: UWF Elevation: "The Dark Flame" Scott Fire(champ) vs. "Ruthless" Renfield

Renfield cuts Fire's reign very short and begins what turned out to be the single most dominant reign in history. Renfield defended the title in some of the UWF's most memorable matches.

March 15, 2002: UWF Elevation: "Ruthless" Renfield(c) vs. Cliff Carnage

Cliff Carnage dethroned the former champion in a brutal matchup.

June 21, 2002: Title is officially decommisioned.

The title is retired in the honor of Cliff Carnage, the same day.
