January 6, 2002: UWF Elevation: UWF Brutality & UWF Xtreme Wrestling Championships Unified
After defeating Michael McCormick at UWF Nemesis 2, Nick Bower was given the rights to unify the two hardcore divisions into one, and choose his own name for the title. Thus, "The Impact" Nick Bower named the championship the UWF Impact Championship.
Febuary 24, 2002: UWF Unlimited: Goliath walks out with the Impact title in his possesion.
UWF Unlimited was unlike any event ever in wrestling, and the Impact title changed hands perhaps the most of any title at that event. First found by Nick Bower in the mall, he carried it to the exit only to be blindsided by The Future, then Switchblade, then Neo McHenry, and then finally Goliath, who walked out of it and ended Nick Bower's reign as the champion.
April 5, 2002: UWF Elevation: Goliath(c) vs. "Ruthless" Renfield vs. "Infamous" ReVelation
In a three way no rules matchup, ReVelation outlasted the champion Goliath, as well as another challenger in Wally Renfield to become the champion. The promotion closed during his reign.
June 21, 2002: Title is officially decommisioned, as ReVelation refuses to return to sanctioned UWF events.
January 3rd, 2005: UWF Elevation: Title Reinstated in the UWF.
After over two and a half years of sitting dorment, the UWF Impact Championship was redesigned and reinstated into the Universal Wrestling Federation.
January 10th, 2005: UWF Elevation: Nick Bower vs. Michael McCormick
After attempting to first buy the title off of McCormick, Bower decided to coerce Mike into handing the title, after assaulting Glori Allysin Rose. This match had very little actual wrestling, but had a lot of history involved just with its existence.
March 31, 2005: UWF Forbidden Grounds: "The Impact" Nick Bower(c) vs. Jacobias Discordia
Nick had foughten around and between this match for over a month, and at one PPV it all came full cirlce, with Jacobias upending the long time champion, perhaps surprisingly, and leaving the show as only the fourth ever man to hold the championship.
