6. Rhythm and Harmony
There is a basic rhythm to all God’s creations- including us. We notice it when we are quiet enough to listen. Each of us has a natural rhythm. Life is simple when we hear, feel, and follow in harmony and rhythm. We are aware that all is in harmony; that all things work together for our good.
In nature there is rhythm and harmony. There is rhythm in the seasons: there is time for preparing the soil, sowing seeds, tending the plants until they are harvested. There is harmony when all the elements conspire with each other to make your harvest possible. You were born, learn things and grow old (rhythm). However, a house divided in itself cannot stand (disharmony).
There is a time for everything (rhythm). For a successful man, he plans tomorrow’s schedule before he sleeps early at 9:00 P.M. He rises at 5:00 A.M. the next day and reviews the plans he made last night. Then he implements the plan during the day and reaps the harvest at the end.
There is harmony all around him. He has a clear mind and purpose, a supportive wife and parents, inspiring children and boss, and a pleasant home and office to go to. He mends harmony everyday! Have a pleasant journey in life.
Meditation and visualization improve the ability to hear, feel, and become more sensitive to our inner self and the world around us. As we practice being quiet, the inner self teaches and we will see that miracles are natural expressions of love.
