Members of Pi Beta Phi and University of Toledo gather yesterday to dedicate Melissa Anne Herstrum Place, a memorial to the sorority member slain in 1992 on the university's Scott Park campus by university policeman Jeffrey Hodge. He is serving a life sentence for the murder.
The memorial is located near Parks Tower, the Glass Bowl, and McComas Village.
