Do you think we ought to try one of the recipes each? It would be kind of neat.
I think I'd like the "Linc's Tame and Easy Masala" on page 5 or the "Mexican Curry Sauce over Grilled Veggies" on page 71. All these British authors we have read have made me want to try a curry/Indian dish...though I have had bad experiences with them in the distant past.
I think that one way he fills his time and makes himself feel worthwhile is by cooking these gourmet meals. I wish he would have learned that cooking like that is fun, but not the foundation of his worth.
