Lottery owner and very disgruntled - August 26, 2000

To the Universal News Network and whoever it concerns. I saw your article in the Business section and it pisses me off what the Empire has done this time. Regulating Lotteries is WRONG! What if I want to sell to anyone for credits? What is wrong with that? I look to make some extra cash and if I don't reglate I am illegial all of a sudden??

Well this is one lottery owner that won't be regulated, and will consider to sell to anyone who has the credits to buy. Im sick and tired of this!!!
