I hate snow.
Allow me to explain. The spring semester at PSU Altoona starts tomorrow
(Monday, Jan. 7), so all of the on-campus students are moving back into their
dorms this weekend. That, in turns, means that the campus cafeteria is opening
back up. The cafeteria is where I work.
Now comes the part where I start to hate snow.
I live about 30 minutes away from the campus...at least, when the roads are in
good condition. A giant snow storm enveloped most of central PA today and
lasted all day long. This put the roads into the worst condition I've seen in
recent history. I'm rather unexperienced when it comes to driving on snow/ice
covered roads, so I was slipping and sliding all over the place. The need to
drive down a mountain that has roads that are NEVER in good condition (too many
curves, really bumpy road, etc.) didn't really help too much either. I was
scared shitless the whole way to work.
And to top it all off, the walkways at the campus weren't shoveled off or
anything. All the snow that stuck to my shoes melted and I had to work for
almost 5 hours with soggy socks.
I hate snow.

I haven't read the backlog of udrcs for the last month yet due to the
heavy demand of reading the backlogs official DRCs and even getting back up to
date on the message board, but unlesss something drastic happened, I doubt I
missed much here. Nothing drastic happened right?

Whats with the December page of UDRCs missing? This never would have
happened with me on the staff...

udrc page has a capital in the link to it when it should be lower case. Please

I saw LoTR again (second time now) this weekend, and I plan on seeing it as well NEXT weekend. What a good movie that is. I cant wait to see it again! Oh, and Nintendo has a great customer service line. Dont be afraid to call if anything breaks, they are super friendly. Last thing: damn you Nintendo for delaying SFA and ED again! Anyone have any suggestions for alternative titles to hold me over?
