According to the Nintendo newsletter I got today, they are going to have
Wave Race tourneyments!! I love that stuff!! Best times are all going to ME by
the way, since I am the god of all things waves and racing. Well, other thane
all those non Wave Race racing games. I cant wait to beat you all down from
afar with my awsomeness! Watch out, Nintendo loving is coming our way in 3
weeks people... -Goober

Anyway...he works there (literally) all night long, stocking shelves and such.
As an employee, of course he's going to get an employee discount. I'm pretty
psyched about this because now I can get my Transformers and whatnot pretty damn
cheap. Then I realize, "Hey! Maybe he could get me a GCN at a lower price!"
So I ask him about it. His reply?
"Sorry, dude. The manager says that employees can't get discounts on video
games."

I finally got Starcraft and brood wars. So it looks like I won't be
spending so much time sending multiple UDRCs and coming to the boards at 4
different times during the day anymore. -OmniLink
Morts2005: I've been meaning to buy Starcraft. If someone wants to send me a copy I'd be fine with that.
You know what I hate? The ACT test. That and when you're driving down
the road and a little spider on your roof decides to jump in your car and you
almost have a wreck. That little S.O.B. got his in the end....hehe... -garman
Morts2005: I took the ACT in 7th grade and it was easy as hell. Spiders scare me though.
Strange School Story #2
I was sitting in Spanish class today when our teacher began handing out copies
of pieces of abstract art from a famous Latino artist. Most of it was pretty
good, but I never thought I'd see a portrait of a naked woman in there. Yes,
that's right. One of the paintings was of a naked woman from behind. And they
say we never learn anything important in school....

Morts2005: God bless the Spanish. I had a similar experience in Spanish class a year ago. Apparently this guy painted some naked chic, but then painted a second one with her clothes on as not to upset her husband.. He kept the nude one for himself.

Yesterday I was walking down the hall, and I saw this stupid kid walk into a door. His stuff fell all over the floor. It was great.
