Bio:
Happy hour are a band of four members, Lachlan Hennesy on lead guitar, Bernard Fitzgerald on bass, Max 'Hitman' Atkins on percussion and Max Riess on vocals and rhythm guitar. Hitman Max, Lachlan and Bernard started playing together around June of 2002, and vocalist Max joined them about one month later. They soon had a couple of songs happening and adopted 'The Plastic Gangsters' as their band name. Soon the insults against the band name started rolling in, and the band decided they needed a change. After much consultation
with the Australian masses the name 'Happy Hour' was adopted by the band. After a couple of gigs at 'The White Monkey' and some gigs they actually got PAID for, Happy Hour are perfectly confident on stage. The band will soon be doing their first (hopefully) half decent recording (the first wasn't) and are ready to take off into Telstra Dome and similar arenas.

Happy Hour are primarily a rock band, but play a bit of reggae and folk, and are really up for playing whatever they feel like playing. Happy Hour have been together for about 15 months.

Their new songs beat up the old ones.
