MINUTEMAN are:

Formed in 1999, MINUTEMAN began as Paul, Matt and Robert, an acoustic trio
playing various inner city venues, together they wrote many of the tracks that
appeared on the debut CD 'Live @ The Crown' late 2000.
It was 2002 which proved to be a watershed year for MINUTEMAN, with the addition
of Tim on Drums and Percussion. This opened the door for MINUTEMAN to larger
venues and broader appeal, developing an early British Pop-Rock sound with
Australian Pub-Rock influences. Comparisons being made to Paul Kelly, Weddings-Parties-Anything, The Hoodoo Gurus and The Screaming Jets.
After the success of the 'Rocket Surgery' EP, MINUTEMAN have followed up with
the 'All The Hoopla' EP - produced by MINUTEMAN at 001 Productions, Collingwood,
further highlights the many styles of MINUTEMAN.

MINUTEMAN were recently asked back to headline the Oktoberfest 2003 Festival at
the Melbourne Showgrounds before an even bigger crowd of 8000 beer drinking
punters. With continued support from Ch.31 and regular airplay on local radio,
MINUTEMAN have continued to play in Melbourne's better Live Music Venues such as
The Espy, The Evelyn Hotel, The Laundry, The Dan O'Connell Hotel, The Underpass
@ The Terminus Hotel and The Armadale Hotel.
MINUTEMAN are in the process of launching the 'All The Hoopla' EP throughout the
nation and will continue a solid touring schedule to take them well into the new
year.
