Bio:
The News are a four piece Adelaide band who have been playing together since 2001. After a drummer change and a few name changes (Carrier,Silencer) they settled on The News. Their songs range from progressive indie rock to strong ballads
A few months ago they spent a day at Bonsai Studios recording four of their songs for a demo which is available to download free on their website.
They've been playing shows in the hills regularly and rehearsing over the past 12 months and are now looking to build a good reputation in the Adelaide music scene.
With prolific songwriting and a full on approach to live performance The News are an exciting, enthusiastic young band.
