Balance, by oneangrykate - a Dom/Elijah that just defies description, it's so different and good. Paper cranes!
Candy Perfume Boys and Twee Slut, by Brenda and Val - absolutely hilarious. Lesse what all's in it...Dom/Orlando, Dom/Orlando/Viggo, Viggo/Sean Bean, makeup, nail polish, pink hair dye, Pink Viggo and the 'Roos, and a lot more. Too much fun to pass up!
Convergence, by Shaenie - whole damn universe is awesome and hot.
De.crescendo, by Zarah (available at her site) - Okay, so I could rec each and every one of Zarah's fics. I chose this one because it's good Viggo/Orlando that's a hell of a lot of fun. And there's crossdressing as a gag! Okay, so I have a thing for crossdressing.
Expensive Tastes and its two sequels, by Demelza - an amazing series involving Dom, Elijah, and Viggo. It hurts, but read it anyway.
In Which Billy Boyd Says Stuff, by Inbetweens - Billy/Elijah. Billy reads the phone book. Funny and wonderful and sweet.
Positivity, by rave - the most redeeming story for one of the most overdone pairings (Dom/Elijah), the funniest fic I've read in quite some time, and a story that I can't pimp enough because I love it so much.
Waiting, by Cinzia - Okay, so I'm partial to practically anything that Cinzia writes, but even if I weren't, this Viggo/Sean Bean is just amazing. It makes me feel all warm and happy, and it develops so naturally.
Wrong to Love You, by Jenwyn - a wonderful series that runs the gamut from angsty to hot to sweet. Orlando/Sean Bean at its best.
Barnstorm, by Prufrock - takes place following "Rush." I cried at the end and for about five minutes after. Oh, the angst!
Consolation, by Andariell - takes place post-"Drone" when Clark is a little depressed about the elections. Wonderfully written and terrifically hot. Rawr.
Demarcation, by Livia - It's a future-fic that diverts from canon at "Stray," where Lex goes back to Metropolis instead of staying in Smallville. Fast-forward a few years, and it's Clark-as-Superman and Lex, and to quote the suggested summary, "They fight crime!"
Marry Into the Family, by Julad - a CLex marriage!fic that should be ridiculous, but it's just so wonderfully in character that it's hilarious without crossing the line.
Memento Mori, by Jayne Leitch - a really interesting, slightly creepy look at Lana.
Mercy, by Koimistress - One of the best SV fics I've ever read. An incredibly painful, angsty future-fic that, yes, made me cry.
Mizuage, by rhiannonhero - wonderfully written, creepy look at Lex and Lionel's twisted relationship.
Once In A While, by Pearl-o - The first SV fic I read, and what an amazing introduction to this fandom. It's short, but damn. It's one of those I have printed out so that I can read it whenever I want.
Sleep While I Drive, by Jenn - a road trip CLex fic, in which it's about the journey, not the destination. I adore the mood of this fic as well as Clark and Lex's relationship and interactions. It seems so natural.
Switch: A Comedy of Terrors, by RivkaT - Clark and Lex switching bodies. Funny and sweet and unforgettable.
Blue Vase by Ivy Blossom - This one's Harry/Draco, in which Harry tries to forget his past, and Draco watches.
Butter and Pigtails by Silvia Kundera - A cute and funny Harry/Draco that I just love. It's a fun read, and quite short.
Clipped Wings by Theresa Ann Wymer - A future fic in which muggles have discovered the wizarding world and persecuted all wizards and witches, imprisoning them, stripping them of their powers, and selling some as slaves. Harry/Snape, well-written, and intriguing.
Into the Fire by Aspen - This is one of the hottest Snape/Harry fics I've ever read, no kidding. It's by Aspen, so the writing is great, and she makes good use of song lyrics throughout the course of the fic. Definitely NC-17.
Just a Few Letters Off by Devi, the Wynter Wytch - This one's a Harry/Snape, set in Harry's seventh year, and it's very humorous.
Mirror of Maybe by Midnight Blue - This fic is amazingly well-written, wonderfully thought out, creative, involving, and has terrific characterizations. I won't even bother going into the plot, because the premise is all set forth within the first chapter, and by the time you get through with that, you'll be dying to read the rest of the story. Another Harry/Snape (can you tell I like this pairing?). WiP.
Strange Bedfellows: A Comedy of Assumptions by Mad Maudlin - Malfoy isn't trying to kill Ron, and neither are Harry and Hermione. Madness, misunderstanding, and mayhem ensue.
Too Wise to Woo Peaceably by JayKay - Harry/Snape again. This one's one of the first stories I read where Hogwarts put on a play. There have been others, but I haven't read any as good as this one. Here, they perform Shakespeare's "Much Ado About Nothing" but the catch is that the cast is all male, like in Shakespeare's time. Fun and well-written. Also read the sequel, Look Pale With Love.
Your Horoscope for Today by Telanu - A great short story that had me rolling on the floor laughing the first time that I read it. Its prequel, Oh, Just This Once is also definitely worth a read.
