Ten two days seminars are held, reaction province and advocacy skills acquired

Twenty Bill boards are written and created by youth organizations in at least 20 districts.

2000 posters are sent to youth organizations all cities and districts

10,000 copies of news letters are distributed for 12 weeks as inserts in the Post News Paper

5, 000 copies of brochures are sent to youth organizations

Government is called to act on reviewing the constitution to have in the bill of rights , health, education, food, water shelter and clothing as rights not as privileges of state security.

Government is called to enact statutes that remedy international guideline # 12 covering all conventions signed as a state party.

Consult withvulnerable people with HIV/AIDS of their legal problems.

·Render counseling information and advice to communities of people whose HR are threatened.
