Currently it's all about getting into med. school. First they (they being the all powerful admitance people) like super excellent marks, around 87%, also really high MCAT scores. What's an MCAT you ask? MCAT stands for Medical College Admissions Test, it's math, physics, chemistry, biology and Biochemistry questions, with some ethics thrown in.
Apperently it's really hard, but go here for more information. Then if you get through this you have an interview where they look at how well rounded you are.
Fortunately I spend some of my spare time (ha) at St.John Ambulance doing first aid at community events. SJA is really great because I hang out with some really smart and medically minded people. Mike for instance - he's going to help me get ready to apply for B.C. Ambulance service.

So why do I want to go to med school? That's really the question - what's the proper answer? I want to help people - kinda but not really, I want to make huge amounts of money - yeah but that's prolly not the best answer, really it's cause I am an adrenaline junkie - that's why I want to be a forensic pathologist, I want to chase down the bad guy.
The med schools I am currently looking towards(in order):
I found this on some guys website, I pulled it for my own intrest but think all you Pre-Med kids will appreciate, love, hate, and fear it as much as I do. If you are the guy who's site I pulled it from - feel free to let me know if you want me to pull it! Advice for Med students.

Maybe you are wondering what the hell a forensic pathologist is, well this is the best write up to explain it all, so read about Froensic Pathology. By the way it is "borrowed" from the NAME web site. (National Association of Medical Examiners).
