The Order of Truth and its allies, The Brotherhood, plus other Shard Guilds and Players, are sponsoring Lake Austin's Fall Festival, planned for the end of September. The Planning Committee for this event is forming via the Stratics.com Lake Austin Forum and will be announcing more about the event in the coming weeks.

The Alliance between O*T and KGB has been expanded to join in with a number of fellow PvM Guilds on the Lake Austin Shard. This large PvM Alliance is called "The Brotherhood."
The Purpose of The Brotherhood Alliance is to bring PvM players closer together for event planning and coordination, plus to utilize the new Alliance Chat system incorporated into the UO Game to its fullest exent. This new alliance allows all O*T and KGB members to speak with each other and all other alliance members easily, at any time, and to coordinate who's online with initiating a hunting party or other activity. In addition, the alliance allows us to work closer together in giving assistance to a player in need, working with other PvM players in the game, planning major Shard/Alliance events, and building a sense of community on Lake Austin.
Guilds included in this alliance are, UMP, MHC (Midnight Hunters Club), HH (Heros of Honor), KGB (Knights of Greater Brittannia), O*T (Order of Truth), and several others. The Alliance expects to add more participants as time goes on.
The Brotherhood is chaired by Tank of UMP, the founder of the alliance, and governed by a representative Council of the participating guild's Guildmasters and Emissaries. All decisions are by consensus. Offices of the Alliance Include a President - Tank of UMP, Treasurer - TyColby of MHC, and Events Coordinator - Missy of O*T.

O*T is assisting in the planning and running of the Spring Festival on the LA Shard June 4th & 5th. Our Alliance is co-hosting a PVM event with O*T/KGB members on Saturday, June 4th, at noon. In addition members are donating time, effort, and numerous resources and prizes to the event. Members will be helping with the events as they occur that Saturday and Sunday.
Events for the festival include a Stratics "Murder the Mod" contest, PVP Orc vs. Human war, a Scavenger Hunt, the KGB PVM event, Net Toss Event, Bunny Bashing, BOD Swap, Vendor/Guild booths, and Pet fights! We hope everyone attends this event and enjoys themselves. Thanks to all the people who are working to make this event happen!

Missy, Guildmistress of O*T, would like to extend a very warm welcome to our newest members: Ash and Peaches. Ash is a returning former UO player and a valiant soul who immediately joined us in our Champ Spawn hunts and other events. He became a guildmate on Easter weekend. Peaches, an up and coming new tailor, and her warrior Ariel, have joined us this past week and began her collection of grey robes on our weekend treasure hunt!
Welcome Ash and Peaches! We look forward to many happy days of fun together.

On Sunday evening, April 3rd, O*T and KGB members enjoyed a high-level treasure hunt conducted by our new THunter-extrordinaire, Balaron! Participants met at Haven Bank at 8:30 p.m. and completed five high-level treasure maps battling many Ancient Wyrms, Balarons, Poison Elementals, and Blood Elementals. The action was fast, and the company fun. Now that we have such a fine treasure hunter in the company of our KGB and O*T alliance, we hope to make this a regular event!

On March 14, 2005 the KGB and O*T guilds entered into an Alliance called the Britannian Knights Alliance. With this alliance we seek to promote group activities and events both for our guilds and the entire LA shard. We hope that everyone's playing experience will be enhanced by the additional resources and contacts this alliance will promote!
It may be noted that as members of an alliance, KGB and O*T guild members will have all the benefits of guild membership together. Both guilds will be able to interact as if we were in the same guild - including sparring!
To start our joint event calendar, we will be running a Tuesday evening Champ Spawn hunt every week. We will be meeting at Haven Bank each Tuesday evening at 8:15 p.m., leaving at 8:30 for the venue we agree upon each week. All players regardless of affiliation are invited to join us in the hunts!

On Tuesday evening, March 8, 2005, the O*T and KGB guilds sponsored a joint Champ Spawn hunt. Starting from Haven Bank, the attendees traveled to Ilshenar's Valor Champ Spawn area where they encountered all levels of Ophidian warriors, lava lizards, dragons, drakes, and finally Rikktor himself.
The hunt was enjoyed by all, and the suggestion was made to make this a weekly event. The players also discussed methods of better organizing upcoming hunts to promote better healing tactics and capture resources from the kills.
