the sky is awake with sunlight's promise
        whitened clouds painted on a canvas of blue
                      create daydreams, the dreams I dream of you.

Within this memory-captured moment,
        I gaze into your eyes and recall the sentiment
                      and I embrace and treasure all that this vision once meant.

You will always be the dream lady that lives inside my mind,
          for in my dreams you are still here by my side,
                      and I can show you these feelings I have deep inside.

I dream of a time that we will spend together, a moment someday.
          A moment when I can give you the rest of my heart and soul
                      and together we will renew our true love, and make our union whole.

If I had only one wish that could ever be granted
          there is no question what that solitary wish would be,
                      to entwine my arms around you, loving you eternally.

And I can hear the silent whispers of tomorrow...
          but these are merely daydreams in my head, but it is a lifetime wish from me.
                      to recapture the emotions and the love that was shared when we were 'we'.
