solitary sojourner takes his frequent pilgrimage...
moving ceremoniously through the calenture of time,
to a world where remembered moments stand still,
and the sacred torch of love burns for eternity,
where the stars still dance in the eyes of beauty,
where seductiveness hangs thick in the air,
and he succumbs to the magic, just by breathing
causing memory to burn brilliantly in the vivid colors of youth.

this is the world that surpasses beauty,
a realm of absolute happiness, the musings of his soul.
where fantasy cloaks all in a lost lover's dream,
where futile hopes take flight with the wind of lucid wishing
there is no place for the starkness of reality here, for truth is not for believing.
and the day is devoid of sadness and pain, but overflowing with life,
he yearns for this drifting inside a beautiful rainbow,
anchored on both ends by the promised treasures.

can you journey with me to this place... after so much time has passed?
through one sweet moment after another, moments frozen in time forever,
made motionless in our loving gazes cast when reciprocal love existed,
treasured deep in our hearts, moments never to vanish if still remembered.
can you look with me through endless azure skies, feel the warmth under your skin,
know the tingle of your senses, as we gaze upon this beautiful world, together
and never let your gaze relent beyond the memories of our broken past,
