If I were to divulge my secrets to you... (yet I know not were to start)
My secrets of how you changed this my life for me
If I could unlock these secrets in my heart
Would you finally understand what I wish to be.

I thought I would not ever see you again
But now you're here for a moment, (should I take this chance?)
Your presence has reminded me of where "we" began
Inspired those old suppressed feelings of youthful romance.

Your alluring smile so warm and the soul-capturing flare in your eye
Have been once again brought into my view this day
Your magnificence has cleared clouds from the sky
And once again long ago feelings that take my breath away.

So where do I begin... (my confession to start)
To show you that my love for you is still there
In the silence underneath the causal "hellos", a vow from my heart,
Right now, for you, with all my being I will always care.

But the needed words, readily to do not come
And if I were to speak in stumbling prose, (would you think it a sin?)
Think of me as intoxicated with lost love's bitter rum...
I wonder silently... to share my secrets, where do I begin?
