Sweetened memories of a beautiful and graceful girl, a peri
    fill my every waking and dreaming thought
          nothing so important to remember so dearly
    her gentle touch, moistened kiss, the love in her eyes
          and words so filled with the love we shared.

I hunger continually and again,
    for her heart to beat in unison with mine once more
          she is all my dreams... she is all my hope,
    she is the one I adore... and she is my forevermore
for she taught me of love... and she taught me of love lost.

So come my way again, sweet peri
    I will await you here, in place where you left
          Come to warm my soul as I hold you near...
              and re-live with me those sweetened memories.
