Notes:
Generation
X is beginning to get a LOT of heel heat on them as they
never lose. The Players might be in trouble in the heat
department. GenX beat The Hollys.
Al Snow fights the only man I won't always make him job
to, Scotty Too Hotty. Snow beats him.
Chris Benoit and Dean Malenko do a test feud, just in
case I want something from them later, and the match is
spectacular. Benoit wins because he's a main eventer
while Malenko is still upper-midcard.
D'Lo Brown takes on Booker T because I have nothing
better to do with them. D'Lo gets the upset win and this
starts the feud. D'Lo and Booker will continue to feud,
but only for another month.
Perry Saturn defends against Erik Angle yet again, and he
once again wins, making it 3-9! That's the end of their
feud. They'll get one more match in at WrestleMania, but
that's it.
The Hardy Boyz now begin to win and begin the road to
another tag-team title reign. They beat The Lost Boys in
what some consider an upset.
Kurt Angle defends his Lightheavyweight Title against
Tajiri, who proves to be a much tougher challenge than
Scotty, but Angle retains again to the crowds dismay.
Tajiri is over huge and many say I'm wasting him.
Edge takes on Christian again and gets the win,
signifying the end of their feud. I just don't see
potential in these two fighting for no reason.
The top faces take on the top heels in a match for the
tag-team titles, and the faces come out with the
championship.
William Regal teams with Maise to take on two members of
The Big Three, Rob Van Dam and Sean O'Haire. It's hard to
believe that just a few years ago, these two best friends
were feuding for the Intercontinental Title. William
Regal and Maise get the win when Maise beats O'Haire.
This prolongs their feud, but sends Van Dam and Regal
into another match next month.
