Notes:
Over The
Edge starts out with a nothing match between Al Snow and
Scotty cuz they needed something. I made it a #1
contender to the Euro title, and Snow wins, giving him
another match against D'Lo at SummerSlam.
Reckless Youth defends against Tajiri successfully. After
the match, Youth is attacked by Jeff Hardy, as they've
been in minor matches (non-title) on RAW since the Royal
Rumble.
D'Lo Brown retains against Jeff Hardy after Youth nails
Hardy with a chair. Hardy and Youth brawl to the back.
Edge takes on Dean Malenko and wins. After the match,
Chris Benoit attacks Edge (they've been feuding since
KoR).
The Impact Players beat The Holly's for the #1
contendership. On RAW the next night, Holly's challenge
Players to another #1 contender's match and wins, giving
them the title shot at SummerSlam.
X-Pac challenges Sean O'Haire for the Intercontinental
title. X-Pac, however, sucks, so O'Haire retains. Dean
Malenko attacks him after the match.
Saturn gets another shot at Erik Angle, and once again,
Angle gets the big win. 0-8 for Saturn now.
Maise challenged Chris Benoit to a match for no
particular reason the night after the King of the Ring,
and Benoit accepted. Ever since then, Maise has attacked
Benoit repeatedly. Though both are heel, Benoit has been
getting the face reaction of the two. Tonight, Maise gets
the win to continue his huge winning streak. The next
night on RAW, he attacks Erik Angle and challenges him to
a Hardcore title match at SummerSlam, and Angle accepted.
Hardly Christian fought E & C for the tag
titles...and won!!! It was a complete shoot win, as
Hardly Christian was scheduled to lose by me! However,
Christian improvised the ending and won the titles. All
matches will go on as I have scheduled them for the year,
but Hardly Christian will instead defend against the
Impact Players instead of E & C defending against The
Holly's...so in reality, The Holly's win on RAW the next
night means NOTHING.
Rob Van Dam had to defend against Booker T and William
Regal because they were co winners! Kurt Angle whined and
whined and whined, so RVD granted HIM a part in the match
as well! But in the end, RVD once again retained his
World title!
