Notes:
Christian
and Al Snow continue their feud, but Al Snow takes a HUGE
upset win over Christian. After the match, Christian
beats down Al Snow. Commissioner Mick Foley makes the
save, and declares that Christian will have to face The
Hardy Boyz on RAW in a TLC handicap match.
Edge takes on D'Lo Brown, and D'Lo gets a big win over
the former IC champ that continues Edge's de-push.
However, his de-push ends here. This is the beginning of
the Edge/D'Lo feud.
The Lost Boyz, The Hardy Boyz, and GenX in the beginning
of the return of the Hardyz/GenX feud. GenX won when Jeff
Hardy once again got over anxious and nailed Kid Kash
with a chair. After the match, Matt Hardy confronted
Jeff, but nothing emerges from it. In a backstage
interview with only Matt, he says that it may have been a
mistake to team up with his brother again. However, the
next night on RAW, The Hardyz beat Christian easily.
Sean O'Haire gets demoted to a feud with Scotty just to
embarass Hotty. O'Haire gets an easy win, but it's just
the beginning of a small feud between Scotty and The Big
Three, Edge, O'Haire, and RVD.
The Impact Players destroy The Holly's in a nothing
match.
Dean Malenko challenges Tajiri to a match for the
Lightheavyweight title, but Tajiri gets the win in an
excellent match. The fans give them a standing O
afterwards.
Perry Saturn continued his challenge that no one could
beat him for the Euro title, so Maise challenged. Saturn
said he'd only accept if Maise put up his title...Maise
accepted...and only put up the Hardcore title. Saturn was
pissed, but the match was already signed. The match went
on as planned, and Maise beat Saturn in the match of the
night. Maise has now unified the IC, Euro, and Hardcore
titles.
Rob Van Dam takes on Booker T in the beginning of their
feud. This match stems from Booker helping Regal keep the
title at Over The Edge. Rob Van Dam beats Booker in this
match, but doesn't win the war. Their feud will continue.
Kurt teams up with his brother Erik in order to continue
his quest to bring prominance to all the other titles
that he hasn't won in the federation, and the next and
final title are the tag-team titles, thus they get this
match against E & C. The crowd is deftly behind E
& C. After a great match, The Angles get the win and
their first tag-team titles!
Chris Benoit and William Regal continue their feud in
this World title match. Not quite as good as their match
last month, but this match is history making as Chris
Benoit becomes a two-time WWF World Champion! Booker T
attacks after the match, but RVD attacks him to even
things up. RVD and Chris Benoit stand together as the
show goes off the air.
