Notes:
Al Snow
and D'Lo went at it again for the European title. Snow
defends successfully and claims that this will be his
last match against D'Lo for any title.
Erik Angle took on Tajiri for a shot at the European
title. Angle exclaimed that he is too good for the
Hardcore title now, so he wants something better, and the
European title is just a little higher than the Hardcore.
Angle won with ease.
Saturn got his shot at the Hardcore title, but Maise beat
him with ease.
On RAW after SummerSlam, Reckless Youth said he wouldn't
wrestle another singles match in the WWF ever again, and
at Unforgiven he'd debut his tag-team partner, and they
would be known as The Lost Boys. Today, he debuts with
his tag partner, Sick Boy from WCW fame! Sick Boy had
been wrestling in WCW for the last two months as Scott
Vick, and now he debuts in the WWF under his old name!
The Lost Boys took on The Holly's and Hardly Christian,
and got a BIG win!
Scotty Too Hotty took on Jeff Hardy for the
Light-heavyweight Title, and Scotty beat him!
William Regal took on X-Pac because X-Pac sucks. After
Regal beat him, X-Pac attacked him with a chair and said
he was sick of being held down, and that he, too, would
introduce a new tag-team partner, but he would do it on
RAW the next night.
Booker T took on Chris Benoit in a #1 contenders match.
Booker T got the win after the Missle Dropkick and gets
his first one-on-one World title match since February
2004, when he fought Bret Hart.
Edge took on Dean Malenko for the IC title due to their
feud which spun off from the Edge/Benoit feud. Edge
almost had the win with the Downward Spiral, but Malenko
got a small package for the quick win from nowhere. When
Benoit came down to help Malenko beat down Edge, Sean
O'Haire made his big return after being injured on RAW
after SummerSlam by Malenko. O'Haire beat down Malenko
and Benoit and helped Edge to the back.
The Impact Players defended the Tag straps against E
& C (where it was supposed to be E & C defending
against the Players). E & C get the big win and the
titles back because they were actually supposed to retain
against the Players. Oh well, it gave two other tag teams
title reigns that they shouldn't have had, so it made
them happy. The Lost Boys attack E & C after the
match to start their feud.
Rob Van Dam gave Kurt Angle another chance and said that
if Angle ever wanted another title shot, he'd have to
beat RVD in a non-title match. After help from Booker T,
Chris Benoit, Dean Malenko, William Regal, and Erik
Angle, Kurt got the huge win ending RVD's winning streak!
However, RVD's World title streak continues, and Booker
gets the shot next month. Kurt will just have to wait
awhile.
