Notes:

No Mercy begins with the Impact Players and the Holly's fighting for no reason! Holly's win...for no reason.
D'Lo Brown fought X-Pac for...no reason. D'Lo wins...for no reason.
Saturn defended against Al Snow AGAIN for no reason. Saturn wins...for no reason.
E & C fought Hardly Christian for...a shot at the Tag titles at Survivor Series! HA! E & C won to get the shot against The Outsiders.
Sean O'Haire and Jeff Hardy were supposed to have a match here, but uh...they were attacked backstage...::cough::forgottosimulateit::cough::. Yeah. that's it. Attacked.
Next, Triple H lost to Scott Steiner, because the "REAL WCW" never died! They got stronger! HA HA HA!
Booker T beat Bill Goldberg...do you think I'm letting Booker win all of his matches against Goldberg and Steiner because I don't want to appear racist or because I just really like Booker? Email me at
EnJInc2000@aol.com to tell me what you think.
Dean Malenko successfully defends his Euro title against a distraught Kanyon.
Angle, Angle, and Youth beat Savage, Vampiro, Muta, Violent J, and Shaggy. See, they signed on as The Dark Carnival, and technically, ICP is part of the Dark Carnival, so it turned into a handicap match. But it doesn't matter, because Reckless Youth got the win anyway!
Edge successfully defends against William Regal, who many peg as the next man to go to the RWCW.
KAIENTAI lose to the Outsiders because you just CAN'T beat them! JESUS!
Rob Van Dam fights Chris Jericho...in a HORRIBLE match by their standards. They didn't have anything special to fight over, so they both kinda just...phoned it in.
And finally, Hollywood Hogan defended his sixth WWF World title against Chris Benoit. And Chris Benoit won! That's right! After Chris Jericho ran in, he "accidentally" hit Hogan with a chair, and Benoit got the win and the title! Benoit escaped after the match, but Hogan grabbed Jericho and started to yell at him. Bischoff calmed things down.

Aftermath: The next night on RAW, Bischoff sets up a match between Chris Benoit and a surprise opponent at Survivor Series. He says it'll be a HUGE surprise, and no one will see it coming. Big, big, big. Many people think Kurt Angle, Rob Van Dam, or Triple H will be the opponent and will go to the RWCW.
