Notes:
I had to
get TAKA a win, and who better to lose than Scotty?
Matt & Christian once again got the win. The Hollys
were attacked by TAKA after the match. When they started
to get the upper hand, Tajiri ran out to help TAKA.
From there, Dean Malenko ran out and took care of Tajiri
as the Holly's and TAKA fought to the back. Their match
started, and I needed to get the Light weight title off
of Malenko, and Tajiri was the man to get it.
Lance & Justin became the #1 contender's to the tag
titles. Their push has finally come a year after they
joined the WWF.
Al Snow was the chosen victim for Bradshaw tonight, but
it may be Bradshaw's last. Just like Faarooq, his matches
haven't been very good.
Faarooq, X-Pac, and Edge's pushes were all renewed for
one night against Sean O'Haire. Faarooq brought the
quality of what could have been a match of the year WAY
down. I doubt he'll get another chance at the IC title.
Jeff Hardy's and Kanyon's feud ends when Kanyon won the
Euro title. In the back, he was attacked by Matt Hardy
and Christian.
Perry Saturn refused to defend the title, but Chris
Benoit got the win anyways. He's main event and Saturn
isn't, so of course he's going to get the win.
Triple H and Angle teamed up to face Van Dam and Regal.
Jericho has been sending lap dogs at Angle while he
attends to his own affairs. Angle, however, refuses to
let Jericho off the hook.
Speaking of Jericho, he successfully defended against
Booker T. It was a completely clean match, and Jericho
even won cleanly. After the match, Angle attacked
Jericho.
