Notes:
This card
was just to re-establish the heel/face lines in the WWF,
with Booker, RVD, Edge & Christian, Hardcore Holly,
Scotty 2 Hotty, TAKA, Regal, and Tajiri going heel.
Booker went heel before the PPV to build interest in the
match, as did RVD, E&C, Holly, Hotty, and TAKA. But
Regal and Tajiri turned against X-Pac and Triple H to
allow Benoit (who came back WAYYYY before he really
will), Jericho, Malenko, and Saturn to get the win. I
wanted to get Albert the hell away from my rings, so I
had RVD win the IC title and retire him.
I NEEDED the APA to break up. Umm...let's say...Bradshaw
turned against Faarooq after the match, saying Faarooq
cheats too much at cards or something. Faarooq becomes
face and Bradshaw goes heel. X-Pac goes face, too,
because he's friends with HHH, so the fans finally accept
the face turn.
