Club Profile

KKRD  is a club of a group of people who have a vision to enhance their personal skills in modern leadership and not abandoning  customary values of leadership and language. Members of this club come from various backgrounds of profession and knowledge which will contribute to a conducive environment for everybody to generate ideas and to learn.  

 

Generally KKRD is similar  to others NGO like Junior Chamber, Lion Club Toastmaster Club.  All these clubs promote charity and self development to its members.  The most significant diference between KKRD and other clubs is the emphasis on the customary values in leadership and management.

    It is our philosophy that leaders should integrate leadership with various leadership skills, the knowledge of their  mother tongue language and customary laws.

     

  • Vision

    To  produce excellent   leaders   of the  Rungus   community   who   are knowledgeable in leadership skills, mother tongue language and customarily  laws. 

     

  • Mission

    To provide training and research opportunities to the club's members in order to  modernize the Rungus Dusun language, art and culture, and  to develop leadership and management skills through welfare activities.
