Text Box: Language Arts- Last week we learned propositions and prepositional phrases. A preposition is a word that shows a relationship between a noun or a pronoun and some other word in a sentence. Question- What is a prepositional phrase? Math- Last week in Math we learned about polygons. Polygons are closed shapes with straight sides. We also learned prime factorization, division by primes, and factor trees. Question- Use a factor tree to find the prime factorization of 60. Science- In class we did an experiment on crash test dummies. We used different materials to try and keep a block in the back of a toy truck. We then put the truck on a slanted wooden board and let go. Question- What materials worked in your group? Social Studies- Last week in Social Studies we did our PowerPoint on Amigos. Question-
