Abba, Father in heaven, we are sinners, undeserving of your love, yet
you sent your Son to die for each of us, so by our faith, we have the
confidence to come before you. Thank you for your love for us.

For it is by your grace that we are here today, as a group you have put
together 38 years ago. We come before you with highest appreciation for
allowing us to meet and and in turn enrich each other’s lives. This includes
our beloved teachers whom you have given to us as our guides and
mentors. Even the very thought of our classmates and teachers gives us
relief from the problems we face each day.

We thank you for our health, and for life, as we remember those of us
whom you have called ahead of us. We thank you for the abundance of food
prepared before us, by hands you have chosen.

We thank you for our families, who are a source of our inspiration, and
have added meaning to our lives. Allow them to enjoy the evening with us.

We thank you for the beautiful music you have allowed us to enjoy,
which soothes our mass of entangled nerves.

Even tonight, as music plays a big part of our program, we pray

for our time together. As we relate to each other, we pray that our
conversation will be glorifying and honoring to you, our sovereign God. May
we put aside our differences, even as it relates to looks, achievements,
financial standing, intelligence, and social standing.

We pray for joy and peace in our hearts and in our land, which is the
basis for our celebration tonight. Thank you for this extremely rare and
precious time you have given us. For this evening and the entire reunion, we
give back all the glory and honor to you our great God. In the name of Jesus
Christ our Savior we pray. Amen
