Lithium Batteries - Lithium batteries are extremely powerful, non-toxic, and lightweight.

Lithium carbonate is the base material for the lithium ion battery.  Lithium batteries are powerful, lightweight, efficient and produce no emissions. Major battery producers use lithium, the lightest and most electronegative of all metals, to build batteries which provide more energy per unit weight than those made with conventional materials.  Lithium batteries are used in laptop, notebook and desktop computers, cellular phones, palm held computers & PDAs, camcorders, vending machines, and a lot more!!
